The room is very spacious and it has a well equipped kitchen. The huge window with the enormous city view is great. The bed is comfortable and there are different types of pillows to suit your needs. The swimming pool is large and has a good view too.

The location of the hotel is a little out of the way, but the hotel provided free shuttle bus to 3 major attractions nearby on a regular basis. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, the room was amazing with great view and the breakfast had great options that meet more than our expectations. The staff were very helpful with organizing taxis, tours etc. Note, some floors still have steps to get to you room so if you have luggage you will have to carry them up and down on arrival/checkout.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The room was well thought, spacious with all the amenities needed. We loved the breakfast option and setting. Additionally, the free parking was a nice addition considering the location and the big hill, we didn't try walking in or out, so the use of car was easier. It may be a bit further from the old city but the great view and swimming pool makes up for it.

Breakfast was great! -- It had a full & complete buffet; and not only did they allow me to take it to dine in my room alone with my wife, but the whole thing was pretty much all for just one low price! )) The bathroom was lovely and very clean, with a nice large shower stall that was not cramped in anyway for space to wash and then dry off! ))

The staff were kind and friendly. They were very helpful. Special shout out to Best the tour guide, he worked really hard to make us feel welcome. They truly are very wonderful.

I liked the architecture, layout and feel of the hotel. The setting amongst forest and hilltop views are nice. The breakfast choices were excellent, lots of healthy options, tasty, plus there were daily changes too. The coffee was great with options for latte, flat white, americano etc. The restaurant served excellent food. I ate there Two evenings. The free shuttle into town was useful with both central market and chillva night market being worthy of your time. I used the gym which was decent and did yoga which was good. The staff were all friendly.

Friendly staff, especially the shuttle driver to old town Phuket. Very quiet to sleep at night, in a mountain with fresh air morning and night. Price is good! It’s also safe for solo travelers, I arrived at 10:40pm at the airport and they arranged an airport pickup for me alone. I got to the hotel around 11:30pm safe and sound!
